*Ongoing work for creating an additional mechanism, based on the One Ecosystem concept which establishes coin price stability and also facilitates Exchange demand

Licensing and IT Audit

*Still waiting for an exact date proposal on when the Exchange company to be invited to participate in a final physical meeting with the CB. The IT committee report regarding the coins and tokens will be presented during that meeting together with the fee approval.
New Regulations have recently been introduced in the country of the Exchange. They have been applied to all exchange platforms, especially when related to Cryptocurrency. It is obligatory for all members/directors of a company to attend an AML Seminar in order a Certificate of registration to be issued. Any Certificate of Compliance that is not issued by the AMLC of the country of the licenses will not be accepted. The earliest date available for the seminar is July 14th – 16th . A meeting with CB and a Site visit will come after the AML certification.
*Payment gateway – we have sent protocols of the business to 3 payment gateways (protocol is how the business will operate and through which platforms) but they answered that they need a final approval by the CB in order to look at our request. So, this will remain with a status “Pending” until the moment we get the final CB approval.
*Exchange limits – Ongoing discussion about Limits Management from wallet to wallet; no limits applicable as it is an internal transfer

Compliance

*The Exchange company has sent reminders to all the countries which have not provided an answer yet and now we are waiting for responses.

*Regarding the European license – the company was created successfully and a license application was sent out this week; business plan has been submitted and all related fees have been paid. The license procedure lasts 30 days, counting from today -> currently ongoing.

DEALSHAKER - NEW STRATEGY and UPDATES

We would like to announce we are BACK...back to the old DealShaker! The team working on the platform has elaborated a strategy to continue the smooth transition back to www.dealshaker.com without unnecessary turbulence and disturbances. 

We would like to announce: 

1. www.dealshaker.com is fully functional and operational. 

2. All DealShaker expos will be approved through the old platform or their respective franchisee. Please see the table with the new process for a merchant to get approved and upload deals as well as the new fees and charges. 

3. Technical issues are currently being worked on in order to provide all the users of the platform will better service.

A kind reminder to all DealShaker franchisees:

Please send an email to franchise@dealshaker.com with the franchise agreement you have signed with former DS project manager.

The contract will be amended slightly and signed again with the OneLife company with the exception of these territories where the exchange is not allowed to function due to specific legislation there. As we know crypto regulations are dynamic and are constantly changing. Furthermore, in case regulatory changes appear for certain countries in the future, we will act accordingly.

DEALSHAKER FRANCHISEE INFO

General information on how the franchise model functions

1. DealShaker prices are formed in minimum 50 % ONE and 50 % EUR (if EUR part is included in the deal price). The Merchant Bonus is generated every time a buyer redeems/uses a deal coupon from a merchant, registered in your downline. The Merchant Bonus is generated on the basis of the Advertising fee which is applied to the Merchant’s used deal coupons. The DealShaker Advertising fee is 25% of the cash value of the used coupon’s price.

If the merchant is not reluctant to pay that 25 % fee from the EUR part of the price, cannot afford to offer such a large percentage of ONE from the deal price and is also willing to receive the cash part in his wallet and/or bank account, he is allowed to use the discount coupon option. If the merchant chooses to use that option, he/she must be informed to write the exact price and % discount in coins in the title of the deal. The price of the deal has to be just in ONEs (with the discount), while the EUR part should be paid outside the platform to the merchant bank account and/or wallet. A compulsory condition - if the deal is high in value it should be written in the deal description that the EUR part will be provided after the contract agreement has been signed. Buyers should be informed that such deals bear a higher risk because just the discount coupon passes through the DealShaker platform and not the good/service itself. Therefore, the usage of payment methods for the EUR part, such as wallets or payment cards with a refund policy, is highly recommended.

2. We have noticed that franchisee’s agreements have been signed for territories where cryptocurrency and/or their trade is forbidden by law. To all franchisees - please follow our weekly updates for further information regarding the countries which you are responsible for in order not to deliver incorrect information to merchants about when the coin will be traded. We will try to negotiate with such governments, but the outcome is unknown.

3. Information about DS expos - all expos on the territory of the franchisee should first be reviewed and approved by Corporate. For expo requests please send an email to franchise@dealshaker.com. The aim – you will be provided with guidance by the company about whether such an expo is compliant with local legislation, whether it is allowed or not and how it should be organized according to local regulations and the future company plans for the territory in question. The DS expo schedule will be strictly coordinated by Corporate to make sure that no expos are organized on one and the same date. If that happens, it can complicate the expo process both for expo organizers and Corporate.

4. The Franchise agreement is personal and must not be transferred to a second party without the prior written consent of the Franchisor. The sub-franchise should only be taken with prior consent by the franchisor. Bear in mind that we will agree with your choice if it is in corporate’s interest. We are expecting your proposals on what the payment for the sub-franchisee should be.

5. If the franchisee is doing the CDD procedure for a merchant and the merchant seems to be of high-risk or if the franchisee has any doubts or questions, please contact Compliance asap.

6. Will give you soon manual how to calculate turnover fee using DealShaker. Teams are working towards finding a better solution, but for now this will do the job.


THE OFC BUNDLES OFFERING. 2017 OFCs

Many of you raised the question about the conversion of 2017 OFCs.

As said months ago the conversion was planned to start in March. In the beginning of this month the conversion of 2017 OFCs has started, and during this month everyone is receiving 20% of the coins they are entitled to.

We have received several complaints about the conversion rate. I know that many of you were expecting a different rate, but there is a reason for this.

I believe that all of you will agree that ONE listed on an exchange is the Company's MOST important goal at the time being. All that we have worked for so hard, all our efforts rely on this event.

Especially now, at this stage of our growth it is crucial to make sure everything goes smooth and to focus on our priorities.

There is no room for the price of the coin to be destabilized. We must manage to maintain stable price of ONE.

The conversion rate of 2017 OFCs to ONE won’t damage the price of the coin and won’t affect the liquidity. Currently everyone is receiving the exact same amount of ONE that they have initially converted.


!NB Due to numerous inquiries by our users, please note that the 2017 OFCs will be converted at the same rate as ONE was converted to OFC. 

The Offering is in the so-called Mandatory Discount Period. Since January 8th participants are able to convert their accumulated OFCs into ONEs.

IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE UPDATE!

Dear all,

Recently, it has come to our attention that several merchants have started to conduct fraudulent practices outside of the Dealshaker platform which constitutes a high risk of money loss to the people who participate. The deals in question are about sales of gold, real estate properties, motor vehicles and other products of high value. 

Many of the above mentioned  deals are accompanied by a tempting proposal by the merchant – the buyer should transfer his accounts to the merchant and pay part of the deal price outside of the platform in exchange of some expensive good or service. Bear in mind that this practice is strictly forbidden according to the applicable OneLife T&C 18(2). 

Please have in mind that none of those projects/deals are approved or supported by Corporate. If someone has any information about such projects/deals please do not hesitate to inform OneLife Compliance asap, so that we can take measures to stop those fraudulent practices and sanction the wrongdoer accordingly and with an immediate effect.


COMPLIANCE - GENERAL INFORMATION!

THE ONELIFE CONCEPT IS A RESPONSIBILITY VERY FEW CAN MANAGE.

Compliance aims to guide IMA-s to operate in the right direction. It strives to repair the damages done by bad practices.
Compliance attempts to provide OneLife Network’s IMA-s the chance to experience an innovative, intelligent and efficient technologies operating in a transparent environment, without unfair competition.
Compliance calls for strengthening the cooperation within OLN (OneLife Network) and insist on equal respect and rights to each member of the network.

OneLife will change the world only when unification set to be the eternal goal, when we enhance mutual assistance, solidarity, responsibility, tolerance and respect. 

In the OneLife network, all members share the same rights and responsibilities!

GAPS IN THE COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE LEAD TO:

  • Unreasonable fear Compliance is only sanctioning department
  • Belief equality between OneLife IMA-s does not exist
  • Exposure of IMA-s to fraudulent practice
  • Insinuations generate mistrust which is used by some OneLife IMA-s to divert attention from their own wrongful practices and actions
  • Underestimation of OneLife goal for transparency

BAD PRACTICES WHICH ARE A SUBJECT OF SEVERE SANCTIONS:

  • Sale of coins and/or educational packages as an investment opportunity (coins; accounts, etc.). OneLife is not an investment company and does not offer any investment opportunities
  • Cross recruiting - Instead of helping the network rebuilds itself, it destroys it by taking pieces from it
  • Unethical behavior
  • Onboarding with fraudulent promises
  • Misuse of power by OneLife IMA-s
  • Dissemination of incorrect and misleading information due to lack of professionalism, awareness and/ or greed

WHAT ARE SANCTIONS AND WHY ARE THEY APPLICABLE?
 
Sanctions have become the tool to respond to major violations from SPAM or/ fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct by any IMA to identity theft, financial fraud and counter terrorism.
 
Violation of the applicable T&C, IMA Agreement, any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business, conducted by an IMA may result, at Company’s discretion, in one or more of the following corrective measures, with effect from the date of its establishment:

  • Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
  • Requiring the IMA to take immediate corrective measures;
  • Imposition of a fine, which may be withheld from the account; €100 for incorrect personal data or the lack of it and 250 to €500 penalty for more minor violations and up to 5100 for major violations;
  • Loss of rights to one or more bonus payments;
  • Any other measure, which the Company deems practicable to implement to equitably resolve any damage caused partially or exclusively by the IMAs policy violation or contractual breach;
  • Suspension of the individual’s IMA position for one or more pay periods;
  • Involuntary cancellation of the offending IMA position;
  • Immediate removal of the IMA’s web page(s) and termination of the IMA’s position;
  • Any other measures explicitly allowed within any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the present IMA Agreement or allowed by law

The IMA is only entitled to a commission if he or she is not in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the IMA Agreement.
 
Factors that may modify the application of sanctions:
 
Sanctions could be modified based on mitigating factors or factors that may reflect in a greater damage,caused by the breach and thus work against the offender, ultimately increasing the penalty.
 
Examples of aggravate sanctioning include:

  • Multiple offences
  • Breach of sensitive information such as personal data  
  • High volume of people or data affected  
  • High exposure for the Company  
  • Large organizational expense incurred  
  • Activities, hampering the investigation, such as providing of misleading and/or incorrect information
  • Actions with a negative influence on others  
  • If the violation is continuing even after an official warning  


Factors that could mitigate sanctioning include:

  • Breach occurred as a result of attempting to help an IMA  
  • Victim(s) that suffered no harm
  • Offender voluntarily admitted the breach and cooperated with the investigation
  • Offender showed remorse and has recovered damages
  • Action was taken under pressure from an individual in a position of authority  

This practice enables the application of general principles that lead to fair and consistent outcomes.

WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT

In order to keep our IMAs’ privacy and at the same time to implement efficient control and reporting system we have developed a reporting system allowing reporting and monitoring functions without exposing the identity of the person that has sent the report and creating unnecessary tension in the community.

Whistleblowers inform the Company of any kind of information or activity that can be deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct with the polices, procedures and guidelines of the OneLife organization.

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEND A WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT?

If you think an entity or individual is involved in wrongdoing within our OneLife community, and you want to report it, please use the Whistle Blowing Report. Once completed, this report becomes CONFIDENTIAL. All personal data collected will only be used for purposes, which are directly related to the whistleblowing case like, for example, contacting you in case we need more information.

Every whistleblower will have to provide an evidence of the claim made in the report. Please send your Whistle Blowing Report to: compliance@onelife.eu.

Evidences could be: screen shots of skype/viber/facebook/other social media chats and communications; e-mail correspondence; a declaration in writing, i.e. Whistle Blowing Report, (please fill in your personal data) and signed by the IMA.

Please fill in the Whistle Blowing Report carefully as this represents your case . We will review the information you provided, investigate the case and come back to you with feedback, when our investigation is completed.

We would like to remind all OneLife members to strictly adhere to the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, to which all members are legally bound, concerning thedissemination of false information regarding the OneLife Network company.

Any proven violation including, but not limited to misleading information about an IMA official Leadership Rank, OneLife products and services or the company’s compensation plan may result in severe sanctions, reaching fines up to 5 100 EUR, effective immediately.

*Business continuity plan – ready and submitted 

According to CB Board members of the Exchange company should attend a seminar at the CB in the country of the licenses for AML and CFT (several dates have been provided)

* Payment gateway – recently one of the multinational financial service corporations has introduced a bridge card from crypto to fiat currency for a limited acceptance by merchants. The payment card is in fiat and the conversion can happen directly on the Exchange. The crypto will be stored in the wallet on  the Exchange and people will spend fiat with the associated payment card. Ongoing negotiations; calls with Compliance department scheduled for Monday. Hope for a good result which will provide stability for the whole One Ecosystem. 

* Exchange limits – Ongoing discussion about Limits Management 

The exchange needs to maintain a liquidity based on the available liquidity line. That liquidity line is the Liquid cash that will be injected in the account on the TOP of the shared capital to secure smooth cash operations. The limits’ management is based on the principles of the cash/ liquidity risk management and stress testing that are based on formulas which may vary depending on the volumes of supply and demand. 

The concept is based on the following parameters: 

1 - The total stock of coins issued refers to the number of coins that are released for Trading 
2 - The total number of coins traded refers to the number of coins that are held and/ or traded by the members of the network 
3 - The total number of coins with status “Idle” (non-traded) refers to the number of coins that are still in stock and are held by the issuer. This is a result of the following formula: total stock of coins - (minus) total number of coins traded
4 - The Unit Basic price is the price of the coin upon issuance. This doesn’t consider any premium, discount or reward. 
5 - The trading Price is the real Market Price, resulting from the trading activity which is the result of the following formula: basic price * (multiplied by) market value. Market value is the result of the following formula: (Demand - (minus) Supply) over supply 
6 - The Market Cap is the result of the total number of coins traded * (multiplied by) the trading price 
7 - The Liquidity Ratio refers to the available liquidity to cover the cash demand and is the result of the following formula: Liquidity Balance (/divided by) Market Cap (in percentage)

The breakdown by each member of the network is the following: 
1 - The wallet balance which refers to the number of coins held by the member 
2 - The initial value refers to the value of the wallet as per the Initial Basic price 
3 - The current value refers to the current balance of the wallet as per the market/ trading price (this is a dynamic variable since it is affected by the supply and demand)
4 - The wallet percentage of the percentage of coins held by the member over the total stock of coins 
5 - The market percentage is the percentage of the current value of the member’s wallet divided by the Market Cap 
6 - The Daily cash limit is a complex formula which represents the half average of the wallet percentage and the market percentage, powered by the liquidity ratio and multiplied by the current value/ balance of the member 
7 - The monthly limit should be 10 times the daily limit if decided that is applicable 
8 - The weekly limit should be 2.5 times the daily limit if decided that is applicable 
9 - Limits can be applied by account or by a group of accounts (according to the CIF- customer file information) 

The higher the liquidity line (cash available) the higher the limits, since they are all affected by the liquidity ratio Compliance 

* The Exchange company has sent reminders to all the countries which have not provided an answer yet and now we are waiting for responses

Regarding the European license – European company was approved and created under the Name 
……………………….. with register number (………..). The Exchange company is now in the process of applying for the Licenses that are needed for that company to operate with the exchange in Europe (3 blended Digital Wallet, Exchange and Remittance)

We would like to announce we are BACK...back to the old DealShaker! The team working on the platform has elaborated a strategy to continue the smooth transition back to www.dealshaker.com without unnecessary turbulence and disturbances. 

We would like to announce: 

1. www.dealshaker.com is fully functional and operational. 

2. All DealShaker expos will be approved through the old platform or their respective franchisee. Please see the table with the new process for a merchant to get approved and upload deals as well as the new fees and charges. 

3. Technical issues are currently being worked on in order to provide all the users of the platform will better service.

Please send an email to franchise@dealshaker.com with the franchise agreement you have signed with former DS project manager.

The contract will be amended slightly and signed again with the OneLife company with the exception of these territories where the exchange is not allowed to function due to specific legislation there. As we know crypto regulations are dynamic and are constantly changing. Furthermore, in case regulatory changes appear for certain countries in the future, we will act accordingly.

DEALSHAKER FRANCHISEE INFO

General information on how the franchise model functions

1. DealShaker prices are formed in 50 % ONE and 50 % EUR (if EUR part is included in the deal price). The Merchant Bonus is generated every time a buyer redeems/uses a deal coupon from a merchant, registered in your downline. The Merchant Bonus is generated on the basis of the Advertising fee which is applied to the Merchant’s used deal coupons. The DealShaker Advertising fee is 25% of the cash value of the used coupon’s price.

If the merchant is not reluctant to pay that 25 % fee from the EUR part of the price, cannot afford to offer such a large percentage of ONE from the deal price and is also willing to receive the cash part in his wallet and/or bank account, he is allowed to use the discount coupon option. If the merchant chooses to use that option, he/she must be informed to write the exact price and % discount in coins in the title of the deal. The price of the deal has to be just in ONEs (with the discount), while the EUR part should be paid outside the platform to the merchant bank account and/or wallet. A compulsory condition - if the deal is high in value it should be written in the deal description that the EUR part will be provided after the contract agreement has been signed. Buyers should be informed that such deals bear a higher risk because just the discount coupon passes through the DealShaker platform and not the good/service itself. Therefore, the usage of payment methods for the EUR part, such as wallets or payment cards with a refund policy, is highly recommended.

2. We have noticed that franchisee’s agreements have been signed for territories where cryptocurrency and/or their trade is forbidden by law. To all franchisees - please follow our weekly updates for further information regarding the countries which you are responsible for in order not to deliver incorrect information to merchants about when the coin will be traded. We will try to negotiate with such governments, but the outcome is unknown.

3. Information about DS expos - all expos on the territory of the franchisee should first be reviewed and approved by Corporate. For expo requests please send an email to franchise@dealshaker.com. The aim – you will be provided with guidance by the company about whether such an expo is compliant with local legislation, whether it is allowed or not and how it should be organized according to local regulations and the future company plans for the territory in question. The DS expo schedule will be strictly coordinated by Corporate to make sure that no expos are organized on one and the same date. If that happens, it can complicate the expo process both for expo organizers and Corporate.

4. The Franchise agreement is personal and must not be transferred to a second party without the prior written consent of the Franchisor. The sub-franchise should only be taken with prior consent by the franchisor. Bear in mind that we will agree with your choice if it is in corporate’s interest. We are expecting your proposals on what the payment for the sub-franchisee should be.

5. If the franchisee is doing the CDD procedure for a merchant and the merchant seems to be of high-risk or if the franchisee has any doubts or questions, please contact Compliance asap.

6. Will give you soon manual how to calculate turnover fee using DealShaker. Teams are working towards finding a better solution, but for now this will do the job.

IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE UPDATE!

Dear all,

Recently, it has come to our attention that several merchants have started to conduct fraudulent practices outside of the Dealshaker platform which constitutes a high risk of money loss to the people who participate. The deals in question are about sales of gold, real estate properties, motor vehicles and other products of high value. 

Many of the above mentioned  deals are accompanied by a tempting proposal by the merchant – the buyer should transfer his accounts to the merchant and pay part of the deal price outside of the plaform in exchange of some expensive good or service. Bear in mind that this practice is strictly forbidden according to the applicable OneLife T&C 18(2). 

Please have in mind that none of those projects/deals are approved or supported by Corporate. If someone has any information about such projects/deals please do not hesitate to inform OneLife Compliance asap, so that we can take measures to stop those fraudulent practices and sanction the wrongdoer accordingly and with an immediate effect.


COMPLIANCE - GENERAL INFORMATION!

THE ONELIFE CONCEPT IS A RESPONSIBILITY VERY FEW CAN MANAGE.

GAPS IN THE COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE LEAD TO:

  • Unreasonable fear Compliance is only sanctioning department
  • Belief equality between OneLife IMA-s does not exist
  • Exposure of IMA-s to fraudulent practice
  • Insinuations generate mistrust which is used by some OneLife IMA-s to divert attention from their own wrongful practices and actions
  • Underestimation of OneLife goal for transparency

BAD PRACTICES WHICH ARE A SUBJECT OF SEVERE SANCTIONS:

  • Sale of coins and/or educational packages as an investment opportunity (coins; accounts, etc.). OneLife is not an investment company and does not offer any investment opportunities
  • Cross recruiting - Instead of helping the network rebuilds itself, it destroys it by taking pieces from it
  • Unethical behavior
  • Onboarding with fraudulent promises
  • Misuse of power by OneLife IMA-s
  • Dissemination of incorrect and misleading information due to lack of professionalism, awareness and/ or greed

WHAT ARE SANCTIONS AND WHY ARE THEY APPLICABLE?
 
Sanctions have become the tool to respond to major violations from SPAM or/ fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct by any IMA to identity theft, financial fraud and counter terrorism.
 
Violation of the applicable T&C, IMA Agreement, any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business, conducted by an IMA may result, at Company’s discretion, in one or more of the following corrective measures, with effect from the date of its establishment:

  • Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
  • Requiring the IMA to take immediate corrective measures;
  • Imposition of a fine, which may be withheld from the account; €100 for incorrect personal data or the lack of it and 250 to €500 penalty for more minor violations and up to 5100 for major violations;
  • Loss of rights to one or more bonus payments;
  • Any other measure, which the Company deems practicable to implement to equitably resolve any damage caused partially or exclusively by the IMAs policy violation or contractual breach;
  • Suspension of the individual’s IMA position for one or more pay periods;
  • Involuntary cancellation of the offending IMA position;
  • Immediate removal of the IMA’s web page(s) and termination of the IMA’s position;
  • Any other measures explicitly allowed within any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the present IMA Agreement or allowed by law

The IMA is only entitled to a commission if he or she is not in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the IMA Agreement.
 
Factors that may modify the application of sanctions:
 
Sanctions could be modified based on mitigating factors or factors that may reflect in a greater damage,caused by the breach and thus work against the offender, ultimately increasing the penalty.
 
Examples of aggravate sanctioning include:

  • Multiple offences
  • Breach of sensitive information such as personal data  
  • High volume of people or data affected  
  • High exposure for the Company  
  • Large organizational expense incurred  
  • Activities, hampering the investigation, such as providing of misleading and/or incorrect information
  • Actions with a negative influence on others  
  • If the violation is continuing even after an official warning  


Factors that could mitigate sanctioning include:

  • Breach occurred as a result of attempting to help an IMA  
  • Victim(s) that suffered no harm
  • Offender voluntarily admitted the breach and cooperated with the investigation
  • Offender showed remorse and has recovered damages
  • Action was taken under pressure from an individual in a position of authority  

This practice enables the application of general principles that lead to fair and consistent outcomes.

WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT

In order to keep our IMAs’ privacy and at the same time to implement efficient control and reporting system we have developed a reporting system allowing reporting and monitoring functions without exposing the identity of the person that has sent the report and creating unnecessary tension in the community.

Whistleblowers inform the Company of any kind of information or activity that can be deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct with the polices, procedures and guidelines of the OneLife organization.

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEND A WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT?

If you think an entity or individual is involved in wrongdoing within our OneLife community, and you want to report it, please use the Whistle Blowing Report. Once completed, this report becomes CONFIDENTIAL. All personal data collected will only be used for purposes, which are directly related to the whistleblowing case like, for example, contacting you in case we need more information.

Every whistleblower will have to provide an evidence of the claim made in the report. Please send your Whistle Blowing Report to: compliance@onelife.eu.

Evidences could be: screen shots of skype/viber/facebook/other social media chats and communications; e-mail correspondence; a declaration in writing, i.e. Whistle Blowing Report, (please fill in your personal data) and signed by the IMA.

Please fill in the Whistle Blowing Report carefully as this represents your case . We will review the information you provided, investigate the case and come back to you with feedback, when our investigation is completed.

We would like to remind all OneLife members to strictly adhere to the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, to which all members are legally bound, concerning thedissemination of false information regarding the OneLife Network company.

Any proven violation including, but not limited to misleading information about an IMA official Leadership Rank, OneLife products and services or the company’s compensation plan may result in severe sanctions, reaching fines up to 5 100 EUR, effective immediately.

IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE UPDATE!

Dear all,

Recently, it has come to our attention that several merchants have started to conduct fraudulent practices outside of the Dealshaker platform which constitutes a high risk of money loss to the people who participate. The deals in question are about sales of gold, real estate properties, motor vehicles and other products of high value. 

Many of the above mentioned  deals are accompanied by a tempting proposal by the merchant – the buyer should transfer his accounts to the merchant and pay part of the deal price outside of the plaform in exchange of some expensive good or service. Bear in mind that this practice is strictly forbidden according to the applicable OneLife T&C 18(2). 

Please have in mind that none of those projects/deals are approved or supported by Corporate. If someone has any information about such projects/deals please do not hesitate to inform OneLife Compliance asap, so that we can take measures to stop those fraudulent practices and sanction the wrongdoer accordingly and with an immediate effect.


COMPLIANCE - GENERAL INFORMATION!

THE ONELIFE CONCEPT IS A RESPONSIBILITY VERY FEW CAN MANAGE.

GAPS IN THE COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE LEAD TO:

  • Unreasonable fear Compliance is only sanctioning department
  • Belief equality between OneLife IMA-s does not exist
  • Exposure of IMA-s to fraudulent practice
  • Insinuations generate mistrust which is used by some OneLife IMA-s to divert attention from their own wrongful practices and actions
  • Underestimation of OneLife goal for transparency

BAD PRACTICES WHICH ARE A SUBJECT OF SEVERE SANCTIONS:

  • Sale of coins and/or educational packages as an investment opportunity (coins; accounts, etc.). OneLife is not an investment company and does not offer any investment opportunities
  • Cross recruiting - Instead of helping the network rebuilds itself, it destroys it by taking pieces from it
  • Unethical behavior
  • Onboarding with fraudulent promises
  • Misuse of power by OneLife IMA-s
  • Dissemination of incorrect and misleading information due to lack of professionalism, awareness and/ or greed

WHAT ARE SANCTIONS AND WHY ARE THEY APPLICABLE?
 
Sanctions have become the tool to respond to major violations from SPAM or/ fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct by any IMA to identity theft, financial fraud and counter terrorism.
 
Violation of the applicable T&C, IMA Agreement, any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business, conducted by an IMA may result, at Company’s discretion, in one or more of the following corrective measures, with effect from the date of its establishment:

  • Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
  • Requiring the IMA to take immediate corrective measures;
  • Imposition of a fine, which may be withheld from the account; €100 for incorrect personal data or the lack of it and 250 to €500 penalty for more minor violations and up to 5100 for major violations;
  • Loss of rights to one or more bonus payments;
  • Any other measure, which the Company deems practicable to implement to equitably resolve any damage caused partially or exclusively by the IMAs policy violation or contractual breach;
  • Suspension of the individual’s IMA position for one or more pay periods;
  • Involuntary cancellation of the offending IMA position;
  • Immediate removal of the IMA’s web page(s) and termination of the IMA’s position;
  • Any other measures explicitly allowed within any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the present IMA Agreement or allowed by law

The IMA is only entitled to a commission if he or she is not in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the IMA Agreement.
 
Factors that may modify the application of sanctions:
 
Sanctions could be modified based on mitigating factors or factors that may reflect in a greater damage,caused by the breach and thus work against the offender, ultimately increasing the penalty.
 
Examples of aggravate sanctioning include:

  • Multiple offences
  • Breach of sensitive information such as personal data  
  • High volume of people or data affected  
  • High exposure for the Company  
  • Large organizational expense incurred  
  • Activities, hampering the investigation, such as providing of misleading and/or incorrect information
  • Actions with a negative influence on others  
  • If the violation is continuing even after an official warning  

Factors that could mitigate sanctioning include:

  • Breach occurred as a result of attempting to help an IMA  
  • Victim(s) that suffered no harm
  • Offender voluntarily admitted the breach and cooperated with the investigation
  • Offender showed remorse and has recovered damages
  • Action was taken under pressure from an individual in a position of authority  

This practice enables the application of general principles that lead to fair and consistent outcomes.

WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT

In order to keep our IMAs’ privacy and at the same time to implement efficient control and reporting system we have developed a reporting system allowing reporting and monitoring functions without exposing the identity of the person that has sent the report and creating unnecessary tension in the community.

Whistleblowers inform the Company of any kind of information or activity that can be deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct with the polices, procedures and guidelines of the OneLife organization.

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEND A WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT?

If you think an entity or individual is involved in wrongdoing within our OneLife community, and you want to report it, please use the Whistle Blowing Report. Once completed, this report becomes CONFIDENTIAL. All personal data collected will only be used for purposes, which are directly related to the whistleblowing case like, for example, contacting you in case we need more information.

Every whistleblower will have to provide an evidence of the claim made in the report. Please send your Whistle Blowing Report to: compliance@onelife.eu.

Evidences could be: screen shots of skype/viber/facebook/other social media chats and communications; e-mail correspondence; a declaration in writing, i.e. Whistle Blowing Report, (please fill in your personal data) and signed by the IMA.

Please fill in the Whistle Blowing Report carefully as this represents your case . We will review the information you provided, investigate the case and come back to you with feedback, when our investigation is completed.

We would like to remind all OneLife members to strictly adhere to the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, to which all members are legally bound, concerning thedissemination of false information regarding the OneLife Network company.

Any proven violation including, but not limited to misleading information about an IMA official Leadership Rank, OneLife products and services or the company’s compensation plan may result in severe sanctions, reaching fines up to 5 100 EUR, effective immediately.

Exchange platform weekly summary 5

Week 5

IT development 

Ongoing parallel work towards the stabilizing of the synchronization between blockchain and back office; The work process towards building a connection between the exchange and the old DealShaker is finalized. Test accomplished successfully. 

Licensing and IT Audit 
Central Bank committees reverted earlier this week that they have almost gathered all the info they need for their final internal assessment. According to them they will not need to liaise with the Exchange company for the moment until they are done with the assessment. 

Moreover, according to CB, they will make a site visit (first visit will be physical in the office of the country, holding the license; then they conduct a fiscal and after that a platform visit). CB wants to make sure that the Exchange company exists physically in the country of license and that it has a serious setup. 

Will wait for a period of 3 weeks (deadline was given by the CB) for the Exchange company to participate in a final physical meeting. IT committee report regarding the coins and tokens will be presented during that meeting. 

Regarding the disaster recover, contingency and business continuity plans which are required by the CB: 

- disaster recover plan - provided and approved; 
- contingency plan - provided and approved. 
- business continuity plan - still in process of preparation. 

Regarding the payment gateway – as per info by the CB, they have no specific preference. Any internationally recognized gateway is acceptable and they will provide the Exchange company with a recommendation letter to facilitate the account opening procedure. 

Regarding the exchange fees - as per info by the CB, the matter will be discussed during the meeting. 

They consider these as parameters that might be a subject to changes in the future.

Regarding the liquidity account – as per final requirements it should function as a liquidity line (it should be equal to a one time capital as minimum with a 20% cash injection as a start with a time limit of 9 months to constitute the liquidity line. 

Compliance 

The Exchange company hasn’t received any updates from responsible authorities yet, both from their old and their new request. A follow up process will take place, starting Monday 10.06.2019. During the present week requests have been send to the following governments: Israel, Mongolia, Ukraine, Algeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Taiwan, Canada (following the franchise model). Regarding the European license - after the subsidiary application was completed, a reply has been received to submit all the legal papers from the Exchange’s company which were confirmed by the Central Bank, notarized and authenticated by the Embassy, the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of External affairs of the country of establishment. After that they’ve been authenticated by the Ministry of foreign affairs in the European country where the application was made and then by the commercial register. We can not give deadline yet, expect further information soon.

We would like to announce we are BACK...back to the old DealShaker! The team working on the platform has elaborated a strategy to continue the smooth transition back to www.dealshaker.com without unnecessary turbulence and disturbances.

1. www.dealshaker.com is fully functional and operational. 

2. All DealShaker expos will be approved through the old platform or their respective franchisee. Please see the table with the new process for a merchant to get approved and upload deals as well as the new fees and charges. 

3. Technical issues are currently being worked on in order to provide all the users of the platform will better service.

A kind reminder to all DealShaker franchisees:

Please send an email to franchise@dealshaker.com with the franchise agreement you have signed with former DS project manager.

The contract will be amended slightly and signed again with the OneLife company with the exception of these territories where the exchange is not allowed to function due to specific legislation there. As we know crypto regulations are dynamic and are constantly changing. Furthermore, in case regulatory changes appear for certain countries in the future, we will act accordingly.

We would like to draw your attention to the adverse effects of the ongoing activity involving modern cross-recruiting pattern in the new Dealshaker platform directly linked to the Dealshaker Franchise. 

We would like to remind you the OneLife network has Fundamental Ethical Principles build over the years which must be respected by everybody who is part of it. People seeking short-term interests who intent to infringe the Ethical Code of Conduct will not be tolerated.

Please be informed that as the described above violation and the possible consequences thereof present a significant risk for our Company we will freeze (suspend) all who breach it without prior notice.


COMPLIANCE - GENERAL INFORMATION!

THE ONELIFE CONCEPT IS A RESPONSIBILITY VERY FEW CAN MANAGE.

Compliance aims to guide IMA-s to operate in the right direction. It strives to repair the damages done by bad practices.
Compliance attempts to provide OneLife Network’s IMA-s the chance to experience an innovative, intelligent and efficient technologies operating in a transparent environment, without unfair competition.
Compliance calls for strengthening the cooperation within OLN (OneLife Network) and insist on equal respect and rights to each member of the network.

OneLife will change the world only when unification set to be the eternal goal, when we enhance mutual assistance, solidarity, responsibility, tolerance and respect. 

In the OneLife network, all members share the same rights and responsibilities!

GAPS IN THE COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE LEAD TO:

  • Unreasonable fear Compliance is only sanctioning department
  • Belief equality between OneLife IMA-s does not exist
  • Exposure of IMA-s to fraudulent practice
  • Insinuations generate mistrust which is used by some OneLife IMA-s to divert attention from their own wrongful practices and actions
  • Underestimation of OneLife goal for transparency

BAD PRACTICES WHICH ARE A SUBJECT OF SEVERE SANCTIONS:

  • Sale of coins and/or educational packages as an investment opportunity (coins; accounts, etc.). OneLife is not an investment company and does not offer any investment opportunities
  • Cross recruiting - Instead of helping the network rebuilds itself, it destroys it by taking pieces from it
  • Unethical behavior
  • Onboarding with fraudulent promises
  • Misuse of power by OneLife IMA-s
  • Dissemination of incorrect and misleading information due to lack of professionalism, awareness and/ or greed

WHAT ARE SANCTIONS AND WHY ARE THEY APPLICABLE?
 
Sanctions have become the tool to respond to major violations from SPAM or/ fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct by any IMA to identity theft, financial fraud and counter terrorism.
 
Violation of the applicable T&C, IMA Agreement, any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business, conducted by an IMA may result, at Company’s discretion, in one or more of the following corrective measures, with effect from the date of its establishment:

  • Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
  • Requiring the IMA to take immediate corrective measures;
  • Imposition of a fine, which may be withheld from the account; €100 for incorrect personal data or the lack of it and 250 to €500 penalty for more minor violations and up to 5100 for major violations;
  • Loss of rights to one or more bonus payments;
  • Any other measure, which the Company deems practicable to implement to equitably resolve any damage caused partially or exclusively by the IMAs policy violation or contractual breach;
  • Suspension of the individual’s IMA position for one or more pay periods;
  • Involuntary cancellation of the offending IMA position;
  • Immediate removal of the IMA’s web page(s) and termination of the IMA’s position;
  • Any other measures explicitly allowed within any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the present IMA Agreement or allowed by law

The IMA is only entitled to a commission if he or she is not in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the IMA Agreement.
 
Factors that may modify the application of sanctions:
 
Sanctions could be modified based on mitigating factors or factors that may reflect in a greater damage,caused by the breach and thus work against the offender, ultimately increasing the penalty.
 
Examples of aggravate sanctioning include:

  • Multiple offences
  • Breach of sensitive information such as personal data  
  • High volume of people or data affected  
  • High exposure for the Company  
  • Large organizational expense incurred  
  • Activities, hampering the investigation, such as providing of misleading and/or incorrect information
  • Actions with a negative influence on others  
  • If the violation is continuing even after an official warning  


Factors that could mitigate sanctioning include:

  • Breach occurred as a result of attempting to help an IMA  
  • Victim(s) that suffered no harm
  • Offender voluntarily admitted the breach and cooperated with the investigation
  • Offender showed remorse and has recovered damages
  • Action was taken under pressure from an individual in a position of authority  

This practice enables the application of general principles that lead to fair and consistent outcomes.

WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT

In order to keep our IMAs’ privacy and at the same time to implement efficient control and reporting system we have developed a reporting system allowing reporting and monitoring functions without exposing the identity of the person that has sent the report and creating unnecessary tension in the community.

Whistleblowers inform the Company of any kind of information or activity that can be deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct with the polices, procedures and guidelines of the OneLife organization.

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEND A WHISTLE BLOWING REPORT?

If you think an entity or individual is involved in wrongdoing within our OneLife community, and you want to report it, please use the Whistle Blowing Report. Once completed, this report becomes CONFIDENTIAL. All personal data collected will only be used for purposes, which are directly related to the whistleblowing case like, for example, contacting you in case we need more information.

Every whistleblower will have to provide an evidence of the claim made in the report. Please send your Whistle Blowing Report to: compliance@onelife.eu.

Evidences could be: screen shots of skype/viber/facebook/other social media chats and communications; e-mail correspondence; a declaration in writing, i.e. Whistle Blowing Report, (please fill in your personal data) and signed by the IMA.

Please fill in the Whistle Blowing Report carefully as this represents your case . We will review the information you provided, investigate the case and come back to you with feedback, when our investigation is completed.

We would like to remind all OneLife members to strictly adhere to the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, to which all members are legally bound, concerning thedissemination of false information regarding the OneLife Network company.

Any proven violation including, but not limited to misleading information about an IMA official Leadership Rank, OneLife products and services or the company’s compensation plan may result in severe sanctions, reaching fines up to 5 100 EUR, effective immediately.

As a network marketing company, we manage to provide opportunities each day by channeling the power of collective effort. We encourage all IMAs to take individual responsibility for the stable and successful growth of the Network in 2018.

ONECOIN INVESTIGATION IN SWEDEN IS CLOSED

The Swedish police has finalized and closed all investigations against the OneCoin company. In addition, on May 2nd, 2019, the Swedish Gaming Authority (Spelinspektionen) has confirmed to the company’s lawyers that there are no ongoing procedures, relating to the allegations against OneCoin. Neither of the two authorities have found evidence of any bad practices whatsoever.

Since the establishment of OneCoin, the company has constantly and viciously been attacked by unfair business competitors with the aim of damaging its reputation on a global scale by spreading rumors.

A couple of years ago, some groundless claims about OneCoin have come to the attention of Swedish authorities which they have found worthy of investigation. In addition to that OneCoin activities were reported to the police by the Swedish Gaming Authority with the argument that those activities were in breach of the Swedish Gaming law. Shortly after, this “story” has been reported on the news, and then referenced further in many outlets on- and offline, giving those claims media resonance for months – especially on the Old Continent.

These allegations have now been put to the test and have failed spectacularly. After the Swedish police conducted a thorough investigation following the allegations of the Gaming Authority, they came to the conclusion that no charges of wrong-doing could be proved, and, as a result, the investigation was closed - twice, on February 6th, 2017 and on January 16th, 2018.

“In a Scandinavian country that has ensured a high level of consumer protection and which serves as an example of how the government looks after its citizens, the OneCoin concept has been a subject to the most rigorous test of legality and has passed it. We sure hope the fact that all allegations against OneCoin in Sweden have dropped serves as an example to the public that there are many rumors, circulating online, and they should definitely be disregarded, so that people could avoid falling victims to the “Fake News Phenomenon”, the OneCoin company shared.

The Gaming law of Sweden is of EU origin, so the conclusion in Sweden should hold for the rest of Europe and be applicable for other European countries.

Searching for the truth is usually a long and unpleasant process – it is hard, takes time, but it always prevails eventually. The OneCoin company is positive that this will happen in the United States of America as well, it is just a matter of time.
